The first thing I would eat after being stranded on a deserted island is a hot fudge brownie sundae.
My entire life, I have been passionate about food, where it comes from, and how it affects you. Because of this, I am a huge proponent of shopping at, eating at, and supporting local businesses.
I was born in Beverly, Mass., and moved to Palm Harbor, Fla., when I was 12 years old. From there I came to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University. I earned a BS in Communication with a minor in Spanish and a MS in Integrated Marketing Communication with a certificate in Project Management. As a masters digital video production project, I produced this video about eating local … check it out:
The best thing I have ever eaten: My Mom’s Thanksgiving dinner … it’s my all-time favorite.
My favorite thing in my kitchen: My KitchenAid mixer that my amazing bf gave me as a birthday present.
My favorite place to eat in Tallahassee: Riccardo’s. Everything from the I Love Lucy decorations, reasonable prices, and delicious bread … and food … make it worth it every time!
I’d love to learn how to make: My own breads.
My guiltiest gustatory pleasure: CHOCOLATE … in any form!
